It’s posted on the website top bar or on Instagram when the next restock day is. If you don’t see a undated time, then I’m processing orders and it will be updated when I’m done.

🧿Do you offer any classes for the products you make? No, but with research you can find resources out there that can help such as books etc... Asking about anything dealing with how to make my products is a NO. I read books for over a year and dedicated my time and effort.

🧿I've been tracking my order and it says it's been delivered but i didn't receive it?
Once you receive a tracking number and its been shipped out, USPS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER TO GET TO YOUR DESTINATION. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR USPS LOCATION TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED DURING TRANSIT.

🧿I ordered from you a few days ago! Where is my order?
As each Cosmo Hippie Product is hand-crafted, and with all the demand we currently have for the restock and holidays, we currently have a processing time of 7-12  Business days  and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package via USPS.

🧿I'm trying to order, but everything says "Sold Out", what's wrong??
Due to higher than expected demand for the restocks and holidays, we simply can't produce enough products. We are truly thankful for all your support! We are restocking as fast as we are making, so just keep an eye on your favorite product! Follow us on Instagram, facebook and twitter for restock updates.

🧿What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If you order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reshipping fee luted on our website. Cosmo Hippie is not responsible for any shipment issued caused by USPS. if you choose not to purchase a shipping fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order *minus the shipping fee*, only if the order is returned in the original packaging and unused.

🧿I ordered body butter or hair butter during the summer time will it come melted?
Yes and no, We only use raw butter, oils , essential oils and other natural ingredients in all our butters. For this reason our butters, when mailed during warmer months, have the tendency to melt. Â

🧿What is the cost of shipping to my location?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location, so prices vary by order! To calculate shipping to your location, just add what you would like to purchase to your cart, go to checkout, enter your location, and we'll give you real time shipping costs to your door!

🧿I put in the wrong address by mistake, what should I do now?
We will gladly modify your shipping address for a free within 24 hours of purchase. If the 24hr has pass we will send to the address that is used during your checkout. In other words take your time when entering your address. But if you order has been processed we can no longer change your address.

Unfortunately, once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. NO EXCEPTIONS!

🧿How do I know the size I need?
You can refer to our Shape and Size page or take the guess work out of measuring and purchase our Sizing Sample Pack to ensure the perfect fit.

🧿What nail glue do you recommend?
We recommend a professional nail glue such as IBD 5 Second Nail Glue or KDS Nail Glue.

🧿How long do the nails stay on?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you're wearing them for a special occasion. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks. We include detailed instructions with every order.

🧿I'm worried that my nails are going to pop off. Any tips on how I can avoid this?
Make sure to follow our Nail Prep instructions included On the site.. This step is key to long wear. In addition, you can apply a Dehydrator and primer for better adhesion. This is the same product nail techs use before gel or acrylic application so the product can adhere to your nails.
You can also try using both adhesive tabs and nail glue together. Follow nail prep instructions and apply the nail tabs. Then apply nail glue over the tabs or on the back of the nail. Press and hold the nails in place for a few seconds. This dual adhesive combo allows longer wear time.

🧿Are the nails reusable?
Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable.

For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.

🧿Can you replace a lost nail?

🧿What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available and a size guide to help you can find the perfect fit.
If the size is off on a nail or two I suggest purchasing our Replacement nail option from our Extra's menu.

🧿Are the nails strong?
Yes, our nails are made with at least 6 coats of gel polish. Many of them also have a layer of hard gel which makes the nails hard yet flexible enough to fit comfortably on the nail.

🧿How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select. If a listing has a Full Set option that set comes with 24 nails.

🧿What comes with my nails?
All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, alcohol prep pad and application and removal instructions.
